About this report
- How are these figures worked out?
- Each figure is a median: half of the homes sold for more and half for less. HDB figures cover every resale registered in February 2026; price per square foot divides each price by the flat's floor area. Private figures cover sales of non-landed homes with a contract date in February 2026. Each change compares the month with January 2026.
- Where does the data come from?
- HDB resale flat prices (data.gov.sg) and URA REALIS private residential transactions. Homejourney imports both and rebuilds this page daily.
