Each home on My homes now keeps its papers, such as the option to purchase, the sale and purchase agreement and the title deed, ready to download.

My homes now lists each home's key dates: when an HDB flat's minimum occupation period is met, when seller's stamp duty ends on a private home, and when tenancies end.
For an HDB flat, add the key collection date and whether the flat has a 10-year occupation period, and the date counts from the right day.
Ask your AI assistant when you can sell your home, and it answers from the same dates.
Keep your home loan and lease beside your home's value
Add your home loan to a home on My homes to see your monthly instalment, when your lock-in ends and how much tenure is left.
From 3 months before your lock-in ends, the home lists current refinance packages to compare, with what each would cost you a month.
Each home shows the lease left from HDB's or URA's records, and what it means for a buyer's CPF and HDB loan.
Keep a record of the repairs you arrange for your home
Each home on My homes now has a work log for repairs and servicing you arrange yourself, such as an aircon wash or a plumbing fix, with the day, what it cost and who did it.
Your logged work sits beside the Homejourney services you booked, newest first.

Mark your listing Under offer
With an Option to Purchase or signed tenancy, mark your listing Under offer. It stays in search, and in buyers' and tenants' AI assistants, but takes no new viewings or enquiries.
Pending viewing requests are closed and each requester is told; viewings already confirmed stay booked.
If the deal falls through, move the listing back to live. Your AI assistant can do both once you confirm.
Find rentals open to foreigners, and landed homes by house type
Rental search has an "Open to foreigners" filter. It shows rooms too, and marks each whole HDB flat "Check HDB quota" with a link to HDB's quota checker.
Searching "for expats" or "for foreigners" turns the filter on.
Once you pick Landed, search offers a House type filter: terrace, semi-detached, detached (bungalow), cluster house or strata landed.
Block dates with no viewings, and see which ads and shares bring visitors
On Viewing times, pick the first and last day you are away, and no viewing times are offered on those days. A request for one of them can't be confirmed.
