For legal practices
Planned · pilot by invitationConveyancing matters from sales on Homejourney
Owners selling on Homejourney will choose a conveyancing firm from their sale progress, and the milestones the firm records will move their sale forward. We are starting with a small pilot of Singapore firms, who join by invitation.
What your firm gets
- Matters from owners selling on Homejourney, who choose your firm from their sale progress
- Milestone updates: as you record the option granted, its exercise and completion, the owner's sale moves forward with them
- An invitation to the buyer to bring their own firm into the same transaction
What it costs
- Nothing per matter. Homejourney takes no commission or referral fee on a conveyancing matter.
- Optional: a sponsored place in the Homejourney directory, at S$149 for 30 days.
How to join
- Ask to join the pilot, with your firm and the conveyancing work you take on.
- We review each request and invite firms into the pilot one at a time.
- Once invited, your firm accepts the matters owners send it and records milestones in its Homejourney workspace.
