Routine servicing, chemical wash, gas top-up, and repair coordination.

Documents to prepare

  • ACRA business profile or sole proprietor ID
  • Technician certifications or trade licences where applicable
  • Public liability insurance certificate
  • Proof of business address

  • Recent servicing job photos
  • Two customer references (optional but recommended)

  • Stripe Connect onboarding for payout capability verification

  • Standard T+30 payout schedule with optional paid early access

    Confirm your service category, business profile, and contact details before you start.

    Submit category evidence

    Upload the documents and service evidence required for your chosen category.

    Accept provider terms

    Review and accept the provider agreement with a typed-name signature.

    Set up payouts

    Complete Stripe Connect onboarding so eligible payouts can reach your bank account.

    Verification review

    Homejourney reviews your application, documents, and payout capability. You will be notified of the outcome.

    Go live

    Once approved, your services become visible and you can start receiving jobs.

  • Review typically takes 2-5 business days after you submit all required documents.
  • KYB, category licence, and payout capability checks run in parallel.
  • You will see specific, actionable next steps if anything is missing - never raw risk notes.
  • Sandbox providers can test bookings and workflows without live money movement.
