About this report

How are these figures worked out?
Each figure is a median: half of the homes sold for more and half for less. HDB figures cover every resale registered in April 2025; price per square foot divides each price by the flat's floor area. Private figures cover sales of non-landed homes with a contract date in April 2025. Each change compares the month with March 2025.
Where does the data come from?
HDB resale flat prices (data.gov.sg) and URA REALIS private residential transactions. Homejourney imports both and rebuilds this page daily.
How do I cite this report?
