How to Check Your Booking Status

View all your service bookings in one place:

1. Open the Homejourney app

2. Tap the Services tab (grid icon at bottom)

3. Your bookings are displayed at the top of the screen

4. Tap any booking to see full details

Booking Statuses:

Pending: Awaiting provider confirmation

Confirmed: Service provider has been assigned

Assigned: Provider on the way

In Progress: Service is being performed

Completed: Service finished successfully

Cancelled: Booking was cancelled

Each booking card shows:

Service type and date/time

Provider details (once assigned)

Service address

Total amount

Tap a booking to view details, contact the provider, or make changes.
