Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by timing:

Free Cancellation (Full Refund):

More than 48 hours before scheduled service

Refund processed in 5-7 business days

Late Cancellation (24-48 hours before):

$20-50 cancellation fee depending on service type

Remainder refunded in 5-7 business days

Very Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours):

50% of service fee may be charged

Partial refund in 5-7 business days

No-Show:

Full service fee charged

No refund available

To Cancel a Booking:

1. Go to Services tab

2. Tap on the booking you want to cancel

3. Tap "Cancel Booking"

4. Select a cancellation reason

5. Confirm cancellation

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
