Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by timing:

Free Cancellation (Full Refund):

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled service

  • Refund processed in 5-7 business days
  • Late Cancellation (24-48 hours before):

  • $20-50 cancellation fee depending on service type

  • Remainder refunded in 5-7 business days
  • Very Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours):

  • 50% of service fee may be charged

  • Partial refund in 5-7 business days
  • No-Show:

  • Full service fee charged

  • No refund available
  • To Cancel a Booking:

  • 1. Go to Services tab

  • 2. Tap on the booking you want to cancel

  • 3. Tap "Cancel Booking"

  • 4. Select a cancellation reason

  • 5. Confirm cancellation
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
