How to Book a Service

Booking a home service through the Homejourney app takes just a few steps.

To book a service:

1. Open the Homejourney app

2. Tap the Services tab at the bottom of the screen

3. Select your service type: Aircon, Cleaning, Moving, or Repair

4. Choose the specific service you need

5. Enter the quantity (units, hours, or items)

6. Select your preferred date and time slot

7. Enter or confirm your service address

8. Review your booking summary

9. Apply any promo codes if available

10. Complete payment with card or PayNow

Available services and starting prices:

Aircon Servicing: From $20/unit

Cleaning Services: From $23/hour

Curtain Cleaning: From $15/piece

Moving Services: From $188/trip

Repair Services: From $40/item

After booking, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and can track your booking status in the Services tab.
