Location and Address Issues

Having trouble with location or address search?

Address Search Tips:

1. Enter your postal code for best results

2. Include block/building number

3. Wait for suggestions to load before selecting

Common Issues:

"Address not found":

Try entering just the postal code first

Remove unit numbers from search

Check for typos in the address

"Location permission denied":

1. Go to phone Settings

2. Find Homejourney app

3. Enable Location permission

4. Choose "While Using App"

"Wrong location showing":

Pull down to refresh the screen

Check your GPS is enabled

Move to an area with better signal

Saving Addresses:

Addresses from previous bookings are automatically saved

Select from saved addresses when booking

You can add a label (Home, Office, etc.)
