Location and Address Issues

Having trouble with location or address search?

Address Search Tips:

  • 1. Enter your postal code for best results

  • 2. Include block/building number

  • 3. Wait for suggestions to load before selecting
  • Common Issues:

    "Address not found":

  • Try entering just the postal code first

  • Remove unit numbers from search

  • Check for typos in the address
  • "Location permission denied":

  • 1. Go to phone Settings

  • 2. Find Homejourney app

  • 3. Enable Location permission

  • 4. Choose "While Using App"
  • "Wrong location showing":

  • Pull down to refresh the screen

  • Check your GPS is enabled

  • Move to an area with better signal
  • Saving Addresses:

  • Addresses from previous bookings are automatically saved

  • Select from saved addresses when booking

  • You can add a label (Home, Office, etc.)
