App Crashing or Freezing

If the Homejourney app crashes or freezes, try these steps:

Quick Fixes:

  • 1. Force close the app:

  • - iPhone: Swipe up from bottom and swipe the app away
    - Android: Tap recent apps button and swipe the app away
  • 2. Wait a few seconds and reopen the app

  • 3. If still frozen, restart your phone
  • If Issues Persist:

  • 1. Check for app updates:

  • - iPhone: App Store > Search "Homejourney" > Update
    - Android: Play Store > My Apps > Update
  • 2. Clear app cache (Android only):

  • - Settings > Apps > Homejourney > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 3. For iPhone, delete and reinstall the app

  • 4. Check your internet connection is stable
  • Supported Devices:

  • iPhone: iOS 13 or later

  • Android: Version 8.0 or later

  • Tablets: iPad and Android tablets supported
