Service Options:
General Servicing - $20/unit
Includes filter cleaning, coil inspection, drainage check, bearing lubrication, compressor check, and thermostat testing. A maintenance report is provided. Recommended every 3 months.
Chemical Wash - $70/unit
Includes complete unit dismantling, chemical cleaning of evaporator coils, blower wheel cleaning, anti-bacterial treatment, and drainage flushing. Recommended every 6-12 months.
Chemical Overhaul - $110/unit
Includes full unit dismantling, intensive chemical cleaning, worn parts inspection, drainage overhaul, electrical testing, and gas pressure calibration. Best for units with severe issues.
Gas Top-up - $100 (flat rate)
Includes leak detection, refrigerant refilling, pressure testing, and performance check.
