Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before service

  • Service not provided as booked

  • Provider no-show
  • Partial Refund:

  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before: Minus $20-50 fee

  • Cancellation under 24 hours: Up to 50% fee

  • Quality issues: Case-by-case review
  • Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Customer no-show

  • Service completed as booked

  • Cancellation after service started
  • Refund Timeline:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

  • Credit card: Additional 5-10 days to appear

  • PayNow: 1-3 business days

  • Wallet credit: Instant
  • How to Request a Refund:

  • 1. For cancellations: Cancel in the app (automatic)

  • 2. For quality issues: Contact support within 24 hours

  • 3. Provide booking ID and reason
